Featured Story Of the Week (It may not always change weekly, or monthly, just when something catches my atention) Musings by Micka Although not completed so far chapters 1, 2 and 3. are available to read. I first came upon these after seeing Helpful Skittles Explosion's drawing taken from the story, I found the drawing impresive to say the least and the drawing compliments the story very well. |
Previous Featured Works Featured 18/06/07 Card Games by Kristen Bealer This is a suprising look at Daria's early life, explaining why she shuns popularity and also given a real personality behind Daria's character Melody Powers. Featured 11/06/07 My Date With Darea! Upchack an the Magic Toofie! Darea-Lover VS Helenlicker! by Darea-Lover These stories by Bluu writing under the name of Darea-Lover, are an interesting exercise in comic writing. If you can get past the combination of poor spelling and txt speak, you will learn everything you need about Bun! Featured 04/06/07 Shared XX by R Lobinske After the events of Boxing Daria, Daria tries to find a proper Mother’s Day gift for Helen. This is a great short story I would say it is written in the style of Anne Bernstein showing a unique soft side to both Helen and Daria. Featured 28/05/07 Rockaby Sweet Baby Jane by Ranger Thorne I found this story a compelling read, It is centered around Jane Lane and deals with, teenage pregnancy, and the loss of a child. It also tries to give a reason as to why Jane Lane was in the Self Esteem Class. |
